E-Harmony

I tell the story in my class of the E-Harmony TV commercial, an on-line dating site.  In the commercial, a young woman looking for love talks to E-Harmony CEO and Founder, Dr. Neil Warren.  She excitedly announces the 14 dating sites she has just signed up on.   Dr. Warren responds, “Well, have you signed up with E-Harmony?” She responds “No” and describes the lengthy survey questions, the amount of time involved in completing the E-Harmony compatibility information and her unwillingness to take the time necessary. Dr. Warren asks her “Well, Are you looking for Fast or Forever?”

Lifestyle change isn’t a race it’s a journey.  Each day presents us with an opportunity for positivity, progress, and practice.  When we consistently practice our desired behavior change, positive progress will be the result, in time.   So, I ask you, what is your plan today to move closer to your goal?   What consistent behaviors will you practice today and why?

Try the exercise below for a week and see how you can achieve small daily successes that can add up over time to goal attainment that will last forever! 

At the start of each day;
