What to expect in our classes:
  • 18 weeks of both individual and group sessions at your worksite with a Beacon Health Wellness Coach. 
  • Meetings are scheduled for 30 minutes
  • Group Goals:
    -10,000 steps a day
    - 3,2,1,0 (2 fruits & 3 vegetables a day, 1 hour/day of
     Exercise, 0 sweetened beverages)
  • Qualifies for Total Health+ HRA Reward
