I strive to be better not perfect and that’s what I want to help others do. As registered dietitian and certified personal trainer I can appreciate the many challenges that prevent us from keeping the course of health and wellness. My style is focusing on achievable and sustainable goals so we can live long healthy lives doing what we love!
I like to think of wellness holistically and by becoming a partner in your health journey I can help you overcome some of the all too common pitfalls to weight loss, physical activity, sleep or stress management.  My years working in hospitals, fitness centers, and in the corporate world taught me valuable lessons about meeting people where they are in life and the importance of working together to create meaningful personal goals.
I strive for living a balanced life—physically, mentally and emotionally.  My personal interests include learning new things, spending time with family, getting outdoors, playing guitar, cooking new meals and traveling near and far with my husband.
